This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the use of the NihaoVPN virtual private network (VPN) communications services and related features. By installing, accessing, or using NihaoVPN applications and services, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately stop using the services and remove all copies of NihaoVPN applications from your devices.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any illegal activities while using the NihaoVPN service. This includes violating laws in the jurisdiction you are originating from or terminating into. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use the system for spamming, port scanning, or sending unsolicited emails.
- Launch pop-ups or engage in any form of intrusive or harmful behavior.
- Attack or compromise the security of any computer or network.
Service Availability and Limitations
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, there may be instances where the NihaoVPN service is unavailable due to factors beyond our control, such as emergencies, third-party service failures, or network issues. We are not responsible for any data, messages, or pages lost or delayed during such interruptions. We reserve the right to impose usage limits, suspend service, or block certain types of usage at our discretion to protect users and the service. Network speed is an estimate and may vary based on various factors. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of data received through the service.
Fair Usage Policy
There are no specific bandwidth or data usage caps per user; however, the use of the service is subject to fair usage. Creating automated or manual VPN sessions that impersonate bots, exerting excessive load on the network, or utilizing substantially excessive bandwidth for an extended duration is considered unfair usage. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate users found to be engaged in unfair usage of our services.
NihaoVPN Membership Terms
Your participation in the NihaoVPN Membership is specifically subjected to the following terms and conditions:
- According to the Apple Subscription terms, once you start a [Free Trial], you do accept Membership Subscription auto-renew after the trial ends. If you don’t cancel more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew.
- Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription, and you can cancel a subscription during the active period. You can manage your subscription at any time, either by viewing your account in iTunes from your Mac or PC, or through account Settings on your device after purchase. - NihaoVPN Membership is billed weekly, monthly, or annually at the rate selected depending on the subscription plan.
